Cylinder Cylindre

Unscrew the cylinder and remove the cylinder Devisser le cylindre et enlever le joint de I'embase f lange gasket. du cylindre.

Zylinder

Zylinder abschrauben und Zylinderflanschdichtung
abnehmen.

Anmerkung:

Der Zylinder kann einmal ausgeschliffen werden, entsprechenden Kolben verwenden (siehe Ersatzteile-Liste). Bei neuen oder Austauschzylindern mit Kolben muß der Farbpunkt (rot oder weiß) auf dem Kolbenboden und im Ansaugkanal des Zylinders gleich sein.

Kolben und Abdeckkappe

Beide Drahtsprengringe herausnehmen.

Kolbenbolzen mit Kolbenbolzenzieher und Einsatz- buchse (1) herausdrücken.

Nadelkäfig herausnehmen.

Abdeckkappe (2) abdrücken bzw. abschlagen (Schraubendreher verwenden).

Polrad

Verstellbaren Stirnlochschlüssel, wie im Bild ge-
zeigt einsetzen, Sechskantmutter abschrauben und
Scheibe herausnehmen.

Schutzkappe aufstecken und'mit Abzieher (1) Polrad abziehen.

Note:

The cylinder can be rebored once, use with the corresponding piston (see Spare Parts Listl. When fitting a new cylinder or a reconditioned cylinder with piston, the colour mark (red or white) on the piston crown and in the intake part of the cylinder must be. the same colour.

Piston and cover

Remove both wire circlips.

Push out the gudgeon pin with gudgeon pin extrac-
tor and insert bush (1).

Remove the needle cage.

Pry off the cover (2) or knock it off (use a screw-
dnver)

IVlagneto flywheel

Attach adjustable face wrench as shown in illustra-
tion, screw off hex. nut and remove washer.

Attach protective cap and pull magneto flywheel
with puller (1).

Remarque:

Le cylindre peut etre realäse une fois, utiliser le piston correspondant (voir liste des pieces detachees). Sur des cylindres neufs ou d'echange avec piston, le point de couleur (rouge ou bien blanc sur la tete de piston doit etre de marne couleur que celui dans la pipe d'aspiration du cylindre.

Piston et couvercle de protection
Enlever les deux anneaux de retenue metalliques.
Repousser I'axe de piston a I'aide du demonte-axe
de piston et de la douille intercalaire (1).

Retirer la cage a aiguilles.

Oter en pressant ou bien par coups le couvercle de
protection (2) (utiliser un tournevis).

Roue polare

Mettre en place la cle reglable a ergots comme
montre sur la figure, devisser I'ecrou a six pans et
retirer la rondelle.

Emboiter la calotte de protection et arracher la roue
polaire au moyen du dispositif d'arrachage (1).
