Schmiermittel und -menge bzvv.
Wartungsarbeiten

Kraftstoffsieb

Kraftstoffsieb (mit Kraftstoffhahn im Kraftstoff-
behälter eingeschraubt) reinigen.

Vergaser

Vergasergehäuse und Einzelteile in Kraftstoff rei-
nigen.

Auf eingelegten Ring unter der Hauptdüse achten
(siehe Seite 37 ).

Düsenbohrungen nur mit Preßluft ausblasen.

Zündanlage

Unterbrecher prüfen bzw. einstellen, nach 500,
nach 1000, dann alle 3000 km.

Schmierfilz für Unterbrechernocken mit BOSCH-
Fett Ft 1 v 4 einstreichen.

Motor und Auspuffanlage
Entkohlen (siehe Seite 36 ).

Zylinderlaufbahn, Pleuellager, l<urbelwellen
lager

Zweitaktermischung, d.h., SACHS-Motor-
Spezialöl (F+ S Beste)1-Nr. 0263 005 100, Dose zu
250 cm' vorgemischt, für 10 I Normalkraftstoff)
bzw. bevorzugt Zweitaktöle, notfalls andere Mar-
kenöle SAE 30 oder 40), der führenden Mineralöl-
firmen mit Normalkraftstoff im Verhältnis 1: 50
mischen.

AND MAINTENANCE CHART

Lubricant, quantity of lubricant,
and maintenance operations

Fuel strainer

Clean the fuel strainer (screwed together with the
fuel tap in the fuel tank).

Carburettor

Clean the carburettor body and the components
in petrol

Take care of the ring under the main jet (see page

37 ).

Jet bores to be blown out with compressed air
only.

Ignition system

Check and adjust the ignition points after 500 km,
after 1000 km and then after every 3000 km.
Apply BOSCH-grease Ft 1 v 4 to lubricating pad
for the ignition point cam.

Engine and exhaust system
Decarbonizing (seee page 36 ).

Cylinder wall, con-rod bearings, crankshaft
bea rings

Lubricate with two-stroke mixture, i.e. special
SACHS engine oil (F+ S part No. 0263005100, in
tins containing 250 cc = 0.8 fl oz pre-mixed, for
10 I = 2.6 US gal of petrol) or preferably two-
stroke oils, or, if need be, other brand name oils
(SAE

30 or 40) from leading oil companies, to be
mixed with petrol in 1: 50 ratio.

Lubrifiants, quantites de lubrifiants
ou travaux d'entretien

Tamis a carburant

Nettoyer le tamis a carburant (avec le robinet a
carburant visse dans le reservoir a carburant).

Carburateur

Nettoyer le corps de carburateur et les pieces de-
tachees dans de I'essence.

Veiller a la bague introduite sous le gicleur princi-
pal (voir page 37 ).

Les trous de gicleur ne doivent etre nettoyes
qu'avec de I'air comprime.

Dispositif d'allumage

Verifier ou regler le rupteur apres 500, apres 1000
et puis tous les 3000 km.

Enduire le feutre de graissage pour la came du
rupteur avec de la graisse speciale BOSCH Ft 1 v4.

Moteur et dispositif d'ächappement
Decalaminer (voir page 36 ).

Parcours du cylindre, roulements de bielle, roulements du vilebrequin

Lubrification avec du melange deux-temps, c'esta-dire de I'huile speciale pour moteurs SACHS (No. de commande F+ S 0263 005 100, en boites de 250 cm', prediluee, pour 10 litres d'essence normale) ou bien de preference des huiles deuxtemps, le cas echeant d'autres huiles de marque (SAE 30 ou bien 40) des grandes Societes petrolieres a melanger avec de I'essence normale dans le rapport 1: 50.
